Design & Budget
TBS starts the process by meeting with the client to discuss their vision, needs, budget, and any special requirements for the home. Jesse and Texoma Building Solutions took on our very large home renovation project. The project included constructing a new garage, cement work including driveway and patio, and adding a second level to our home. The second level included reconstruction of the kitchen to add stairs which leads up the the upper level. The new upstairs consists of master bedroom, master bath with walk in shower, two closets, and a second level balcony where my wife and I enjoy our morning coffees. In addition to all of this, new wood and stone floors were added downstairs. The lower level of the house was also repainted. The outside of the house was painted to match the paint on the new garage. Office space and laundry room were also added. As you can imagine, this was quite a big project. Yes there were a few hiccups along the way, but Jesse went out of his way to handle each and every problem or issue the came up. Jesse and crew also went out of their way to complete the project in a timely manner. Yes, the project was over budget, but that is mainly due to my wife and I adding new items as the project went along. All in all Texoma Building Solutions took on a very difficult project and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with how the project turned out. I would definitely recommend Texoma Building Solutions, Jesse and crew, for any project small or large.
